The services being sought in this procurement comprise of an individual consultant (transport specialist) for the post of Technical Assistant to the Planning. Policy and Research Department in reviewing the existing axle load policy and harmonizing with regional ECOWAS Policy. The TA will include working with various Ministries, Departments and Agencies (MDA) to collate and review all existing information relating to axle load and present findings and recommendations on the way forward in implementing the recommendations. The Executing Agency is the Ministry of Works and Public Assets (MoWPA) and the Employer/Implementing Agency is the Sierra Leone Roads Authority (SLRA).
