Call for Expression of InterestTo conduct a market analysis and beneficiary needs assessment for a livelihood support programs for Harawa-Charawa in Dhanusha and Mahottari districts (Madhesh Province).The ILO Country Office for Nepal invites expression of interest from qualified individual consultant/s for conducting a market analysis and beneficiary needs assessment for a livelihood support programs for Harawa-Charawa in Dhanusha and Mahottari districts (Madhesh Province) for the ILO Project: From Protocol to Practice: A Bridge to Global Action on Forced Labour (The Bridge Project-II). The work duration for the assignment is 25 days spread over one month, starting from 1 March 2024 to 31 March 2024.For guidelines on submission of EOI, please refer to the Terms of Reference. Interested qualified individual consultant/s are invited to submit their 1) a letter of expression of interest specifying the methodologies, timelines, consultation plan and tools to be used, 2) updated CV, and 3) Financial Proposal with breakdown of 25 days to the ILO Kathmandu Office. Financial proposal should include rate of service fee and should be inclusive of other costs deemed necessary for carrying out this assignment. Please submit your proposals to: ktm_procurement@ilo.org no later than 17:00 hrs, 21 February 2024. Applications received after this will not be considered.Please indicate "Application: Market analysis and beneficiary needs assessment for livelihood programs of the Bridge Project- II" in the subject line.
