Perform EPC for Windfarm Repowering and as otherwise required to complete the project (the “Services”). EPC Vendor to complete the engineering, procurement and construction activities for repowering up to 5 turbines at the Huron Wind site located adjacent to the Bruce Power Visitor's centre. This would include removal of existing blades & nacelle and replacing with newer technology (Vestas V110/V120 - 2-2.2MW). The existing turbines are Vestas V80 technology (1.8MW) constructed in 2002, which will reach end of life between Oct 2027 and March 2028. Foundations (upon satisfactory condition assessment) and Towers (upon satisfactory condition assessment) would be re-used. Engineering & Procurement activities would occur in the 2025-2026 timeframe, with construction activities for repowering occurring in the 2027-2028 timeframe
