Balonne Shire Council is seeking proposals from suitably qualified consultant(s) to undertake a pre-feasibility study into the potential development of an Equine and Events Centre in the Balonne Shire with potential concept design development if progressed. This would include an assessment of the current and future demand of events in the Balonne Shire as well as consultation with key stakeholders. Areas to address in the pre-feasibility include, but not limited to:1. Market Analysis/Research2. Review and comparison of existing and proposed similar centres/facilities 3. Stakeholder engagement 4. Risk and Cost-Benefit evaluation 5. Recommendations and next steps It is estimated that the range of professional services fees for this pre-feasibility study is between $45, 000 and $80, 000 ex GST.
