The vendor, Fotofinder, is a small business, located at 7100 Columbia Gateway Dr, Suite 120, Columbia, MD 21046.Description of equipment requirements: This request is a new action to purchase equipment for VA Ann Arbor Healthcare System, DermatologyService. This request is for the procurement of an Automated Total Body Mapping System. This systemprovides photography of the patient s entire body using polarized light in order to photograph andmonitor, over time, moles in high-risk melanoma patients. It allows the clinical user/physician tomonitor changes to the moles over time to more quickly detect, diagnose, and treat skin melanomas.A firm fixed price contract with no option years is anticipated and shall be awarded. It is the Government's belief that only the proposed candidate possesses the required capabilities to successfully meet this requirement.
