1. Context The municipality of 'Esneux will develop a reception area for Motor-Homes on an attractive site on the edge of the Ourthe loop, whose loop is a classified site of exceptional heritage in Wallonia. The reception area is located at the crossroads in front of Rosière and rue de l'Athénée, in the heart of the locality. It is close to Horeca establishments and departure of walks. This project benefits from a subsidy granted by the General Commission for Tourism as part of the Wallonia recovery plan. 10 locations are planned, including 2 for large-dimensional motorhomes. The study of the reception area was entrusted to the Lacasse-Monfort Studies Office. The project such that emphasizes within the framework of the request for a town planning permit appears in appendix 10 to the present CSC. The request for an urban planning permit being underway, the project is likely to evolve according to the remarks issued by the authorities. 2.
