Quotation are invited for Equipment and Tools for PPU in Hebron

The services requested include:
• This procurement process is subject to USAID requirements and regulations including MO21 and
vetting procedures.
• The offer must comply with international standard for industrial equipment.
• Partial Quotation is not allowed and the committee has the right to reject any offer with partial
quotation.
• The authorized Geographic Code for the procurement of commodities and services under this
award is“937”, defined as the United States, the Cooperating Country (Israel, West Bank and Gaza),
and developing countries other than advanced developing countries, and excluding prohibited
sources. ADS 310
• The offer must include colored brochures in order to able to carry out precise technical evaluation.
Samples may be asked to provide if needed.
• The price should include delivering, fixing, and installation to and all needs to be ready for
operating.
• Where there was a discrepancy between a unit price and the total amount derived from the
multiplication of the unit price and the quantity, the unit price as quoted prevailed.
• Each equipment must include all needed parts, tools, cables, etc. to operate it.
• All items will be deliverd to Palestine Polytechnic University (PPU) permises in Hebron.
• The Winning Supplier/s will be responsible for treating any damage may happen during delivering
or installation.
• The price should include training on site for operating.
• The Winnig Supplier/s must be responsible for delivering all goods and items within 35 calender
days of the PO date.
• Expected Delivery time in September 2024.
• Minimum warranty for all items is two years .
• Winning Supplier/s should provide Preventive maintenance (PM) for all equipment one time/ 6
months
