The contracting authority intends to conclude a public procurement contract for each individual lot for the purchase of equipment to prevent and combat trafficking in the PTF, as described in the specifications, as follows:
Lot 1: Endoscop for the inspection of hard-to-reach spaces;
Batch 2: Narcotest kit.
Within each batch, the delivery term of the products is 6 months from the date of signing the contract by the last party.
Based on art. 221 para. (1) letter a) from Law no. 98/2016, updated, contracting authorityă uses contract revision clauses in the procurement procedure, as provided for in section II.2. - List of lots - Information on options. In the case of using revision clauses, the delivery term is 6 months from the date of signing the additional act ofre the last part.
The total estimated value of the purchase has been established with the inclusion of the additional option. Considering the method of application of the review clause, the financial proposal will be formulated for the definite quantity that the authority acquires, following that, for supplimaintenance of the quantity, to conclude an additional act to the initial contract, in accordance with the provisions of art. 221 of Law no. 98/2016 and of the instruction of the President of ANAP no. 1/2021. The unit price offered will be firm throughout the implementation period of the additional clause.
