The public procurement procedure for goods will be announced in the framework of project identification number TOP_PLUSZ-3.3.2-GM1-2022-0023. The subsidy amount can be used for the purchase of medical and IT equipment used in outpatient care, the acquisition of these equipment is the subject of this public procurement procedure. The bthe contracting authority's expectations regarding the medical technology and IT devices to be procured are determined by the technical description published as part of the Public Procurement Documentation. In the course of the public procurement procedure, the tenderer's task is to meet the requirements of the technical description with properties roffering custom products. The offered products as a whole, as well as in a specific operating unit, must meet at least the minimum requirements displayed on the offer sheets, or have better properties than these.
As a result of public procurement - per public procurement part- within the framework of the delivery contracts to be concluded, the task of the winning tenderers is to deliver the products to the contracting authority, install them, put them into operation for their intended use, train the operator and maintenance staff, and transfer ownership to the contracting authoritydasa, and it is the task of the winning bidder to fulfill the additional obligations contained in the technical description and the draft contract.
The public procurement procedure consists of 2 parts, medical diagnostic devices are procured in the 1st part, and IT devices are procured in the 2nd part.
