The subject of this procedure is the equipping of the interpretation center of Vojna Krajina in accordance with the required technical specifications in the Cost Sheet, which is part of this Procurement Documentation and the Executive Project of permanent installation.
Delivered goods must be new and unused, and the subject of procurement includes supply, deliveryto, assembly and installation of equipment to full functionality.
Supply:
The supply of equipment means the purchase of equipment with technical and design characteristics specified in the Cost Sheet with technical specifications.
Delivery:
Delivery of equipment in addition to transport to the place of installation is understoodand bringing the equipment into the building.
Assembly and installation:
Assembly of the equipment means assembly of parts and connection to all devices and power supplies necessary for the functioning of the equipment. The installation of the equipment means all actions necessary for the equipment to be put into operation. Instainstallation implies the installation of all software solutions and/or drivers of the Client, as well as possibly necessary fixing of the device in the required position, calibration of the device after installation and everything else necessary for the correct operation of the delivered equipment. Installation costs are borne by the bidderin its entirety.
