Brief description of the subject of the order: The subject of the first part of the order is the delivery of 17 portable computers and 2 graphic tablets with software, a detailed description of the subject of the order is included in Appendix No. 1 to the ToR. nstandards, technical assessments, technical specifications and technical reference systems referred to in Article 101 sec. 1 point 2 and sec. 3 of the Public Procurement Law, the Ordering Party assumes that such a provision is accompanied by words or equivalents and allows the presentation of equivalent solutions.
