Description: Carry out the acquisition and implementation of an ERP Personnel and Remuneration Management System for the National Disability Service, in order to be used in the contracting processes and ofpersonnel hiring, processing of administrative requests, payment of remuneration of personnel governed by the Labor Code and Senior Public Management System Plant - Single Salary Scale, personnel hired on the basis of fees, performance evaluation, processing, securityMonitoring and management of the collection of medical licenses, official duties, life cycle, reportability to external organizations, training, registration of attendance and well-being control. It is required to have a software solution in SaaS or On-premise mode, parameterizable, with the capacityof integration between our Service's own systems and those that make up the public sector's computer systems, such as: SIGFE, Public Market, Banks, Civil Registry, General Treasury of the Republic, SIAPER, IMED, MEDIPASS, Salary exact, among others.
