The object of the planned acquisition is an ERP system ("operational control system") as a SaaS service. The task of the system is to manage the entity related to waste plant operational control. The whole includes management of customer, real estate, service, product and price list information, as well as transportation. In addition, the system must form invoicing and reporting material and it must be able to be integrated with other systems of the Subscriber using modern integration methods. The system also needs the customer's electronic transaction option.
Pirkanmaan J. is involved in the planned acquisitionaetehuolto, Kiertokapula, Rosk'n Roll and Jaetekukko. These waste management companies are responsible for managing the municipally responsible waste management of a total of 1.3 million inhabitants. In addition, a maximum of 10% of each company's turnover comes from market-based operations for companies. The assembly of the procurement ring can still lextend.
The acquisition includes the enterprise resource planning system, data migrations from the current system set to the acquired implementation, and the commissioning and maintenance of the acquired system. The user interface of the system must be in Finnish.
