This Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) is an invitation by the City of Abbotsford to prospective proponents to submit proposals for the provision of labour, equipment, and materials to complete the relining and grouting of Essendene storm tunnel, as further described in Section A of the RFP Particulars (Appendix B) (the “Deliverables”).
