The City issued RFP 1220-2024-3163 - Essendene Storm Tunnel Relining and Grouting on February 28, 2024. This RFP closed March 25, 2024 and the City was unable to successfully award the contract at that time. The City is issuing RFP 1220-2024-3255 for this project with consideration for a wider range of working time options to complete the project either working entirely in nighttime or working in both daytime and nighttime. Proponents may submit either option or both options. The City has the sole discretion to determine which working time option will be adopted as the work approach that will maximize the benefits to the City. Additionally, the project will be completed during the 2024 and 2025 instream works windows.
