Works Package 1 - Gaza Ridge Barracks, Victoria - Demolition of existing light shelter and adjacent hardstand, including triple interceptor and tank within the new Light Maintenance Shelter footprint; - Construction of new Light Maintenance Shelter with gantry crane capability within the Army School of Electrical and Mechanical Engineers precinct containing 6 vehicle workshop bays, work amenities, storage areas and plant (Class 8 Workshop, of type C construction, single story, combined portal framed and braced frame structure with 30T gantry crane serving the workshop bays); - Installation of new tank bollard in vicinity of Building 900; and - External works and services including engineering infrastructure, pavements, hardstands and the like in the direct vicinity of the new facilities.
