The Development Action Center - Together is a non-profit, independent, non-profit Palestinian civil development organization, established in Jerusalem at the beginning of 1989, duly registered with the Ministry of Interior, and has branches in the West Bank and Gaza Strip.

The Development Action Center - Together, in partnership with the Joint Danish / Norwegian Aid Program (DCA / NCA), is implementing the "Strengthening Food Security and Resilience in Protracted Humanitarian Crises" project, which aims to improve resilience, alleviate suffering and strengthen preparedness mechanisms for the poorest families in the Gaza Strip through a range of activities. The consulting services aim to provide advisory services to the project beneficiaries in the following activities:

· Establishment of urban farming units for 50 families.

· Rehabilitation and development of 5 urban agriculture viewing units that were established in different areas of the Gaza Strip.

· Conducting awareness sessions for 400 beneficiaries from the local community and students in urban agriculture viewing units.

· Consultation is available to individuals only, and the advising consultant must meet the following criteria:

· At least a Bachelor's degree in Agricultural Engineering, majoring in plant production and prevention.

· Practical experience of at least 3 years in the fields of urban agriculture and income-generating projects.

· At least 3 years of experience in implementing similar related consultations.

· Good experience working with civil society organizations.

· Ability to monitor, evaluate and prepare periodic reports.

· Good communication and communication skills.

· The ability to work under pressure, and strict adherence to the deadlines set for each stage.

· Costs should be in US dollars.
