Eligibility of Tenderer : 15.1(a) The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the construction works as Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor shall be 5 (five) years, years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper.15.1(b) Maximum Two (02) nos of Contract of similar nature, complexity and methods/construction technology with a minimum value Tk 4, 50, 00, 000.00 (Taka Four Crore Fifty Lac) (Total value of all the contracts) wherein at least the works specified below have been successfully completed within the last Five (05) years as a Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor :RCC Building Work with a value of at least Tk. 3, 00, 00, 000.00 (Three Crore) Retaining Wall with a value of at least Tk. 20, 00, 000.00 (Twenty Lakh)16.1(a) The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk 8, 00, 00, 000.00 (Eight Crore) over the best 3 (Three) years of last 5 (five) years.16.1(b) The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk 2, 00, 00, 000.00 (Two Crore) onlyNote for 16.1(a) and 16.1(b): ITT 13.3 :To qualify for multiple number of contracts/lots in a package made up of this and other individual contracts/lots for which tenders are invited in the Invitation for Tenders, Tenderer shall demonstrate having resources sufficient to meet the aggregate of the qualifying criteria for the individual contracts..
