1. The Local Government Unit of San Isidro, Northern Samar, through the GENERAL FUND, intends to apply the sum of THREE HUNDRED NINETY NINE THOUSAND NINE HUNDRED FIFTY SIX PESOS & 43/00 ONLY (Php399, 956.43) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Establishment of Tissue Culture Facility. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
