The purpose of the procured work is to carry out the construction studies necessary for the design of the pumped hydroelectric power station in Estonia in accordance with the study program. As the next stage of the project, a preliminary and main project will be procured, for which it is necessary to determine the geotechnical parameters of the rock masses. In the course of the studies, andsubsurface conditions are mapped, drill cores are taken, laboratory tested and results reported, and other hydrogeological and on-site rock tests are performed. Before starting the works, the Contractor must prepare a standard operating procedure document to be approvedis made with the Customer and, if possible, also with the design Contractor. This ensures sufficient volume and accuracy of studies for basic design.
