Helen Oy is building a heat pump plant in Eiranranta, Helsinki, where the 10kV medium voltage switchboard that is the subject of the procurement will be placed.

The procurement includes a 10kV switchgear. The switchgear structure should primarily be air-insulated (alternatively SF6) as follows;

2 pcs kj supply fields a' 3150A 40kA

5 pcs pj transformer supplies a' 630A 40kA

6 pcs kj heat pump supplies a' 630A 40kA

1 pc kj electric boiler supply 2000A 40kA

1 pc kj-rail breaker 3150A 40kA

The procurement must be technically within the procurement limits, houseof an entity that functions responsibly and appropriately.

The delivery includes the design, manufacture, factory testing of the medium-voltage switchgear, deliveries, fitting, trial runs, commissioning, documentation, training and other necessary measures to deliver the switchgeari in full working order.

The offer must also include the transportation of the medium voltage switchgear and its installation in the facility's 10kV electrical space.

The Kj switchgear will be placed in the mechanically cooled electrical room of the plant to be built underground in a cave in Helsinki.

Customer's separate purchasethis includes cabling and connections outside the medium voltage switchgear.

The preliminary delivery time of the medium voltage switchgear, which is not part of this procurement, is by September 13, 2024.

Preliminary voltage connection and commissioning of the 10kV switchgear that is the subject of this procurement from June 10, 2025.
