The objectives of this activity are to: -Define the RF-ULTRA FPGA, including an initial feasibility of the monolithic versus System-in-Package (SiP) solution -Selection and potential modification of the RF ADC, RF DAC and HSSLs IP cores (on 28 nm or below, depending on the most feasible route), to be integrated in the new RF-ULTRA variant -Integrate the RF ADC, RF DAC and HSSL IPs with the RF-ULTRA FPGA core, either in a monolithic solution or as a System-in-Package, depending on the most feasible solution at reach), -update of the RF-ULTRA programming tools to allow configuration modes of the ADC/DAC and HSSL.
