Through this restricted call for tender we are looking for a service provider to develop a network of European experts and researchers of different backgrounds, combining technical expertise relating to China-s digital and technological developments with a sound understanding of the evolving geopolitical context. By analyzing the country-s specific policies, progress and strategic investments on digital technologies (both domestically and in third countries), this Action will help build up knowledge and facilitate exchanges among European researchers/ experts on the role of China in this area and advise EU policy makers about their future strategic decisions.
