The purpose of this Request for Proposals (RFP) is to enter into a contractual agreement with a successful bidder and select a suitable contractor to carry out the following work: to execute the interior renovations project of the WHO Office in Lao PDR which includes constructing and furnishing work for the office workspace at the WHO Representative Office in Vientiane, Lao PDR.BACKGROUNDThe WHO Lao PDR Office is a rented compound located at House No. 125, Unit 5, Saphanthongtai Road, Saphanthongtai Village, Sisattanak District, Vientiane Capital. The compound includes 3, 500sqm of fenced land and includes the following buildings: Two-storey Main Building (former residence), approximately 600sqm in area Two-storey building (Annex A), approximately 96 sqm in area; One- storey building (Annex B), approximately 250sqm in area; One-storey garage, approximately 70sqm in area. Parking space with roof, approximately 45sqm in areaThe WHO Lao PDR have been renting the outlined premises since 2007.
