Project Description : This Request for Pre-Qualification (RFPQ) is being issued on behalf of the Executive Leadership at the University in accordance with University policies and procedures. The University is seeking to pre-qualify a listing of executive recruitment firm(s) to assist with the process of selecting a variety of executive level positions. The nature of each engagement may vary with respect to scope of work, position description and time required to be provided. The services may include but are not limited to: candidate search process, credential/education verification, social media review, interview process, reference checks, pre-employment assessments, criminal background checks, support of documentation/forms required for immigration process (if applicable), and external posting advertising.The University intends to select one (1) or more Proponents to provide Executive Recruitment Services up to a maximum three (3) year term on an “as and when required” basis. The University reserves the right in its sole and unfettered discretion, to award multiple proponents based on discipline and expertise
