Tender Details

The services to be provided include core services and additional services, special exhibition design services in accordance with the fee schedule for exhibition design. Version (2) - 2022, which is used to realize the curatorial concept (BHU; December 2023) of the Documentation Center Tconstruction of Garzweiler is required. This includes the following service phases according to HOAS-2: - Completion of the concept - Draft planning - Implementation planning with detailed specifications - Participation in the award process - Structural-technical monitoring and coordination of the reization - acceptance and handover process, documentation and commissioning

The contractor's services are divided into three project phases or stages: - Stage 1: Lph 2-3 according to HOAS-2 - Stage 2: Lph 4 according to HOAS- 2, optionall - Level 3: Lph 5-7 according to HOAS-2, optionally commissioned services (level 1): Upon conclusion of this contract, the client commissions the contractor to provide all services of level 1.
