Information for Tenderer/Consultant :
Eligibility of Tenderer : Reputed Contractor/Construction firms who have minimum 10 (Ten)years of general experience in construction work. Having experience as a Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor in successful completion of at least 01( One) single basement 10 storied RCC building Construction during last 5 (Five) years in any Government/ Semi Government/ Autonomous Organization of Bangladesh with a value of at least Tk. 60, 00, 00, 000.00 ( Sixty thousand lacs) Only. In case of the work done under PWD, the certifying and authenticating authority shall be the concerned Executive Engineer. In case of the work done under any Government/ Semi Government/ Autonomous Organization other than PWD, the certifying authority shall be an officer not below the rank of Executive Engineer and same duly verified by the concerned Executive Engineer of PWD of that district under whose jurisdiction the work has been done. Annual Average Construction Turnover Tk 60, 00, 00, 000.00 ( Sixty thousand Lacs) during last 05( Five) years. Payment certificates for Contracts in progress or completed under public sector must be submitted along with tender in support of Annual Average Construction Turnover The Tenderer must have a minimum amount of Liquid Asset /Credit Facilities Tk 12, 00, 00, 000.00 (One thousand Two Lacs) only. Lac. Document of Liquid Assets submitted along with the tender must be issued in between publication date and submission date of the tender. Certificate of unconditional Liquid Asset must be in the form of letter of commitment of Bank for line of credit to the Tenderer in favor of the work in the form PW3-7, otherwise the tender will be summarily rejected.The minimum Tender Capacity shall be Tk 7, 00, 00, 000.00(Seven Thousand lacs) only
