Detailed_Description : Supply Ontario is inviting bidders to submit bids to become vendors of record for the provision of Experience Design and Related Services. The VOR arrangement established from this RFB is the first REFRESH of the Experience Design and Related Services VOR arrangement (Tender_18702), which was published in 2023.This RFB, and any subsequent RFBs, will be posted on the Ontario Tenders Portal.
Scope of Work : The services in the RFB are based on the seven (7) categories listed below. Bidders are invited to submit bids to bid on any or all of the Categor(ies).Category 1: Discovery PhaseThe Discovery Phase helps define a service-s potential users and how their needs can be met. The goal is to learn about the people that will be using the service.Category 2: Alpha PhaseIn Alpha Phase, the goal is to determine how best to meet the user needs that were identified in discovery by creating mock-ups and testing multiple hypotheses.Category 3: Research Participant RecruitmentGovernment teams sometimes need external help to access research participants. The goal of beta is to build a real service that works well for a larger group of people. The prototypes that were developed and tested during alpha are used to build a minimum viable product in a live, user-facing environment.Category 5: Live PhaseLive begins when the service has reached a point of maturity and all of the main features in the backlog have been built. While most people understand the purpose of live, it-s not always given the attention and resources it deserves.Category 6: Related Professional ServicesDeveloping excellent digital services requires a variety of skills and abilities. The roles and number of people required will change depending on the needs of the project and the service design phase.
