For this RFSQ, MacEwan University is looking for experiential learning programming that deepens one's understanding and application of leadership in relational and collaborative ways. MacEwan University is looking for proven learning providers who can offer Leadership Development Programming, includingcourses and workshops, that enable the application of the skill in the workplace. It is MacEwan University's intent to establish a roster of up to ten (10) qualified learning providers and enter into Master Service Agreements with them. The initial term of the Master Service Agreement will be forthree (3) years, with an option to renew at MacEwan University's discretion, for two (2) renewal terms of up to three (3) years each. The selected learning providers will be responsible for collaborating with MacEwan University in the development and delivery of courses/ workshops and/ or providingpre-packaged courses/ workshops in relation to MacEwan's Leadership Fundamentals program. The Contracted Services shall include two distinct scopes of work: A. Facilitative Programming instructor-led experiential training sessions that emphasize active participation, real-world application, andinteractive learning.
