The United Nations Development-PNUD program implements part of the financing granted by the Green Climate Fund (GCF) for the execution of the “Mi Costa” project, which supports and creates capacities related to ecosystems based adaptation (EBA) in coastal communities south of Cuba. My coast will improve adaptation ability through the holistic rehabilitation of terrestrial and marine coastal landscapes, their interrelated ecosystems and natural hydrology. The project is implemented by the CITMA Environment Agency, with the participation of a large number of national actors, among others, the MINAG, INRH and local governments of the provinces and municipalities involved in interventions.
