Swan Hill Rural City Council is seeking Expressions of Interest (EOI) from suitably experienced and qualified contractors to deliver the construction of a new Tourism and Cultural Hub building at the Pioneer Settlement, Swan Hill Victoria 3585.The scope of works for the Tourism and Cultural Hub project involves the: • Construction, fit-out and commissioning of a new purpose built Tourism and Cultural Hub building including a dedicated space for Indigenous Cultural Activity, customer services, Visitor Information Services plus offices, meeting room, multi-purpose educational space, kitchen and staff and public toilets.• Management of associated civil works and external works including but not limited to earthworks, landscaping, storm water, lighting, access pathways
