Tenders are invited for Terms of Reference: External Evaluation Consultant
Objectives: Evaluate the relevance and adequacy of the training to the expectations of learners, as well as its effects on the practices of doctors. Examine the viability of the pilot training program in emergency medicine for general practitioners in Madagascar. Make recommendations to adapt the training for the continuation of the project. Duration :
