Current support in these areas is managed by a third-party partner (outsourcing partner). The current outsourcing mission will soon end(November '25), this is why SNCB/Ypto wishes to launch a new file in order to have one or more new contracts on time, with the final date being the conclusion of new contracts by April '25.
