Synopsis: The Naval Air Systems Command at Patuxent River, Maryland hereby issues this combined synopsis/solicitation, for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subparts 12.6 and 13.5, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation issued as a request for quotations (RFQ). Offers are due by: 1000 EST on 01 October 2019. The resulting award document will incorporate provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2019-05 (effective 13 August 2019). The procurement is a total small business set-aside under NAICS codes 332439. The applicable PSC is 8145. The small business size standard is 500 employees or less. This is a Foreign Military Sales (FMS) requirement that will support the Kuwait FMS F/A-18 Super Hornet aircraft procurement. The containers are required to store spare F414-GE-400-1A engine modules. FOB Destination. Containers are to be delivered ASAP as this procurement has become an urgent need. This is a re-procurement of solicitation N00019-19-Q-0005, originally posted in January 2019. Quotation projected delivery date accuracy is required. Defense Priorities and Allocations System (DPAS) prioritization is DO-A1. Delivery Point: GE Aviation, 1000 Western Avenue, Lynn, MA 01910, DoDAAC 99207. Inspection and Acceptance will be conducted by DCMA at source, before shipment.
