PSPC, on behalf of the Department of Fisheries and Oceans, requires a low pressure - low temperature plasma asher for use in the Particle Dynamics Lab (PDL) to remove cellulose acetate filters and organics from filtered suspended sediment samples to enable particle grain size analysis. Training on the low pressure - low temperature plasma asher is also part of this solicitation. A bid must comply with the requirements of the bid solicitation and meet all mandatory technical evaluation criteria to be declared responsive. To be compliant, an offer must: comply with all the requirements of the solicitation of offers; meet all mandatory criteria; and obtain the required minimum points specified for the technical evaluation.
