NL Health Services (NLHS) is administering this RFP on behalf of Eastern Urban Zone to submit proposals for facility move and transition planning and execution (as Eastern Urban Zone relocates various Ambulatory Services from The Health Sciences Center and St. Clare-s Mercy Hospital and moves into the new Ambulatory Health Hub location). This will be in accordance with the specifications and requirements set out in this RFP, as well as the NL Public Procurement Act.The Request for Proposals (RFP) is for a professional healthcare facility relocation firm (Proponent) who can provide the comprehensive logistics planning, move and physical relocation services, from the existing Acute Care Facilities to the new Ambulatory Health Hub (AHH), inclusive of identification, management, and movement of transfer list equipment.It is imperative that the Proponent have extensive experience in the planning, scheduling, and performing the relocation of acute healthcare facilities.
