False Ceiling, Lighting and Electrical Work, American Center, Kolkata India
The Regional Procurement Support Office in Frankfurt, Germany, intends to issue a Firm Fixed-Price Construction type contract during the third quarter of calendar year 2023.
The successful contractor shall provide complete construction services, contract coordination, and supervision, including but not limited to the management and construction necessary to meet the requirements of the contract within the established timeframe.
American Center in Kolkata is a seven-story building including basement and six stories above the ground. The building was constructed in early 1990-s. It is a framed structure with walls built of RCC. Total floor area is approximately 32, 000 square feet.
Currently it has aluminum baffles, acoustic ceiling and gypsum board as false ceiling in different zones and most of the lights are hung from true structural slab. The entire building has existing fire detection system, fire suppression system and central air conditioning system.
Offers are requested from the qualified vendors for the execution of the new false ceiling, lighting, modification of HVAC ducts and grills along with electrical work.
The Offerors are expected to have the understanding and expertise of the following items:
Demolition/ removal of the existing false ceiling, light fittings, HVAC grills/diffusers, electrical wiring of the given space. New false ceiling as per the design and drawing. New Light fittings with dimming. Fixing of new HVAC diffusers and grilles as per design with modification of duct collers as required. New electrical wiring/cabling, installation of switch boards, Distribution boxes in connection with the electrical work. Repairing of new wall cutting, fixing of switch boards etc. with sand cement plaster (matching with the existing surface) as required except plaster of paris and paint finish.The magnitude of this project is anticipate...
