OBJECT OF THE PROCUREMENT The object of the procurement is family group home operation and supported housing service for unaccompanied minors who have received a residence permit, as defined in the request for tender and its appendices. The object of the procurement is described in more detail in the request for tenders and its attachments, it was detailedand in the appendices "Service description" and "Agreement". CONTRACT PERIOD The contract is valid for a fixed period of two (2) years, after which the contract will continue indefinitely, unless the contract is terminated. See section "Contract period" in the contract attached to the tender request. SCOPE OF PROCUREMENT Procurement laajuus has 28 places for residents of family group homes. In addition, 14 resident places for family group home activities can be purchased as an option from service providers. Residential spaces are acquired in units of seven (7) residential spaces. In addition, subsidized housing services for a maximum of 16 people can be purchased from service providers as an optionto the resident. The scope of the procurement is an estimate of the number of unaccompanied minors who will be placed in the Pirkanmaa area.
