(SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF BRAND-NEW FARMERS TRANSPORT VEHICLE)
1. The LGU - Municipality of Santa Lucia, Ilocos Sur, through the RA 8240 intends to apply the sum of Six Million One Hundred Thirty-three Thousand Pesos (Php 6, 133, 000.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for Farmers Production and Marketing Enhancement Program (Supply and Delivery of Brand-New Farmers Transport Vehicle) - Municipality of Santa Lucia, Ilocos Sur. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The LGU - Municipality of Santa Lucia, Ilocos Sur now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required within ninety (90) days from the receipt of Purchase Order/Notice to commence by the bidder. Bidders should have completed, within five (5) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
