The LGU - Municipality of Santa Lucia, Ilocos Sur, through the RA7171 intends to apply the sum of Four Million Pesos (Php 4, 000, 000.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for Farmers Production Enhancement Program for Corn Farmers (Supply and Delivery of 1 Unit Brand-New Tractor and 1 Unit Combined Harvester with Trailer) - Municipality of Santa Lucia, Ilocos Sur. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
