(SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF FOLIAR FERTILIZER)
1. The LGU - Municipality of Santa Lucia, Ilocos Sur, through the RA 7171 intends to apply the sum of One Million Nine Hundred Ninety-nine Thousand Eight Hundred Pesos (Php 1, 999, 800.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for Farmers Production Enhancement Program for Tobacco Farmers (Supply and Delivery of Foliar Fertilizer) - Municipality of Santa Lucia, Ilocos Sur. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The LGU - Municipality of Santa Lucia, Ilocos Sur now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required within thirty (30) days from the receipt of Purchase Order/Notice to commence by the bidder. Bidders should have completed, within five (5) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
