1. The LGU - Municipality of Santa Lucia, Ilocos Sur, through the RA 7171 intends to apply the sum of Three Million Nine Hundred Thousand Pesos (Php 3, 900, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Farmers Production Enhancement Program for Tobacco-Producing Barangays (Provision of Curing Barn to Tobacco Producing Barangays) - Sta. Lucia, Ilocos Sur with Project Identification Number 25-23-Infra. Bids received in excess of the ABC for each lot shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The LGU - Municipality of Santa Lucia, Ilocos Sur now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is 127 calendar days. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
