1. The LGU - Municipality of Santa Lucia, Ilocos Sur, through the RA 7171 intends to apply the sum of Three Million Four Hundred Ninety-nine Thousand Eight Hundred Fifty Pesos (Php 3, 499, 850.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for Farmers Production Enhancement Program for Vegetable Farmers (Supply and Delivery of Foliar Fertilizer and Insecticide) - Municipality of Santa Lucia, Ilocos Sur. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The LGU - Municipality of Santa Lucia, Ilocos Sur now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required within thirty (30) days from the receipt of Purchase Order/Notice to commence by the bidder.
