Description
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for a commercial service prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) subpart 12.6 “Streamlined Procedures for Evaluation and Solicitation for Commercial Items, ” and FAR Part 15.101-1 Best Value / Trade off source selection process and as supplemented with additional information included in this notice.
This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested, and a written solicitation document will not be issued. This is a Request for Proposal (RFP). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2024-05 effective 22 May 2024. The complete text of any of the clauses and provisions may be accessed in full text at www.acquisition.gov.

The FBI Criminal Justice Information Services (CJIS) Division is seeking a contract for services associated with the Operations and Maintenance (O&M) of the Acuity Brands Lighting nLight and Fresco lighting control systems. This contract will be for a base period of performance (12 months) and four (12 month) option periods and will be a hybrid contract of Fixed Priced, Fixed Price/Level of Effort and Cost Reimburables.
