Description : The Ghana National Petroleum Corporation (GNPC) is seeking to engage a qualified Renewable Energy Consultancy Firm to develop a comprehensive strategy for diversifying the company's operations to include low-carbon projects. GNPC now invites eligible consultancy firms to indicate their interest in providing the service. Information to be provided include: Description and experience in executing similar assignments, Organizational setup, partnerships/relationship charts, ownership and beneficiary structures, brochures, availability of appropriate skills among key staff, required licensing and professional registrations, verifiable proof of commercial and financial capabilities, power of attorney of contact person(s) for any possible further communications. Statutory documents including:Letter of Interest, Company profile, Valid Certificate of Registration of Firm, Valid GRA Tax Clearance Certificate, Valid SSNIT Clearance Certificate, VAT Registration Certificate (if applicable), Valid Certificate from PPA.
