Pre-Solicitation Notice - The Federal Retirement Thrift Investment Board (FRTIB) intends to award multiple-award Indefinite-Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contracts for specialized legal advisory services in accordance with the attached Solcitation. The intent is to replace existing contracts which will expire in 2024.
