Description
This notice is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice.
This notice is being issued as a Request for Quotations (RFQ) under solicitation number 80TECH25Q0048 for a FemtoTools ix05 Nanoindenter Brand Name or Equal in accordance with the attached Statement of Work (SOW).
The provisions and clauses in the RFQ are those in effect through FAC 2025-03.
The NAICS Code and Size Standard are 334516 and 1000 number of employees, respectively. The quoter shall state in their quote their size status for this acquisition.
