The subject of the contract is the conclusion of a framework agreement determining the conditions for awarding contracts for the purchase and supply of field levelers intended for the needs of service members of the Armed Forces of the Slovak Republic and the Academy of the Armed Forces of General Milan Rastislav Štefanik in the color version "LES", markinginsignia of the military police on the territory of the Slovak Republic, markings of members of the military police in international missions of international crisis management and sleeve insignia of the military police on the field blouse for the needs of the service of the members of the military police in an assortment according to technical specificationsification and detailed definition of the subject of the contract specified in the tender documents. The subject of the order also includes the delivery of draft codification data for the goods subject to the order in accordance with STANAG 4177 and according to Act no. 11/2004 Coll. on defense standardization, codification and state quality assuranceproducts and services for defense purposes, as amended, and Decree of the Ministry of Defense of the Slovak Republic No. 476/2011 Coll. which establishes details on the methodology for processing draft codification data, on software for processing draft codification data, on draft codesification data and on the obligations of the product supplier as amended.
