Country: Fiji Description of the Assignment: The primary responsibility of the Owners Engineer is to provide comprehensive technical and management services to UNDP (United Nations Development Programme) during the design and build phases of the project. In the procurement stage, the Owners Engineer will review the EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) tender documents and assist UNDP in evaluating the received bids. Period of assignment/services (if applicable): September 2023 - September 2024 Proposal should be submitted directly in the portal no later than indicated deadline.Any request for clarification must be sent in writing via messaging functionality in the portal.
