Request for proposals are invited for Final Project Evaluation on Generating Resilient Environments and Promotion Socio-Economic Development of the East Tonle Sap Lake Project

Save the Children International invite all interest firm to join the submission of Request for Proposal (RFP) for Final Project Evaluation on Generating Resilient Environments and Promotion Socio-Economic Development of the East Tonle Sap Lake Project (GREEN Project).

Number of Positions: 1 (Company registration)

The sealed proposals must submitted Save Children at address and/or through closed tender box provided the details by 08th August 2024 (17:00 time).

Note: Only proposals which responsive all terms conditions required by Proposal Document be accepted.

Note: Only the Proposal that passed a minimum of 70% of the capability criteria weighting score (50%) will be considered for next evaluation of their proposal. The contract will be awarded to the bidder obtaining highest combined capability, sustainability and commercial score.
SECTION 4 - COMMERCIAL CRITERIA (Weighting score 40%)
These criteria will be used to evaluate the commercial competitiveness of a bid. All bids which pass the Essential criteria will be evaluated against the same pre-agreed Commercial Criteria, which have been created by a committee of representatives from SCI.
